January is National Mentoring Month

All month long Lead(h)er will be celebrating and honoring mentors and mentees by challenging the community to make mentorship their New Year's resolution! Because of the pandemic, Lead(h)er has seen a significant increase in women looking for support and connection to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Help recruit 30 new mentors to be matched in March!

There are three easy ways you can participate in the #StrikeAMatchChallenge:

1) Become a mentor by filling out a quick application.

2) Recruit a mentor by filming your own video and challenging others to take the #StrikeAMatchChallange! You will need to upload to social media, share, and follow up! Persistence will be key!

3) Give the gift of mentorship for another match.
