“Krista and I have been meeting since just after Lead(h)er was launched. We meet at least once a month and always switch it up. We’ve had coffee at different locations and even worked out together. We talk about careers, aspirations, goals, and our families. We are both involved with non-profits and have volunteered and supported at each other’s events. In fact, this picture was taken at the recent Momentum event that Krista was instrumental in putting on. My daughter and I were proud to volunteer at it. Krista and I have different skill sets which definitely enhances our match relationship. I think it’s safe to say that I’ve gotten just as much out of mentoring as I’ve given to it.”
